Michele has studied extensively with master teachers in the Ashtanga, Iyengar and Satyananda traditions in India, Ireland and the U.S including Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (Ashtanga) and Mukunda Styles (Yoga Therapy) among others. The variety in her studies over the years has enhanced her philosophy that yoga is for every body. She has enjoyed working with athletes, children and professionals. Michele also uses her yoga therapy background in her work with cancer survivors, people with joint replacements, chronic back pain, spinal implants and a variety of other therapeutic needs.

Explore the foundations of your Yoga practice. We will be building strength, flexibility and proper alignment through foundational asana and cultivating breath awareness and relaxation.

YOGA 1-2, 8:15pm

Experience greater flexibility, strength, clarity and a relaxed state of awareness and move toward a more powerful practice of flowing Yoga postures linked together by the breath.


YOGA 1, 8:30pm

Easy gentle movements enhance joint mobility, relaxation and encourage strength and flexibility in areas that may be weak, sore or tender due to chronic pain. Work toward restoring the body's natural balance combining gentile yoga, pilates and deep relaxation.
